Using 2-Factor Authentication
If you log out and then log back into your Encoding.com User Interface your username and password is the first factor, but you should also be prompted for a six digit code. Open the Google Authenticator Application on your phone to get a new code and then use that to log into your account as the second factor. You now have a much more secure means of logging into Encoding.com. Happy Encoding!

If you don't have access to the Authenticator Application, use the "Recovery Code" mode.
Just select it in the dropdown next to code prompt.
