MP4 container for the adaptive_intermediate output
Added an API parameter to the format options to choose the container for the adaptive_intermediate output.

The video_tag for MXF OP1a with XDCAM
Apply the video_tag API parameter for the MXF OP1a output format and the XDCAM video codec if the video_tag is specified in the API request.

<video_tag> parameter available only for mxf output format and mxf_op1a output format with xdcam video codec.
