Burn-In Timecode
Added copy option for parameter.

QuickTime Timecode
Added support for ipad, iphone, ipod, kindle_fire, mp4, mxf, and wowza output formats.
Added copy option for <timecode_track /> parameter.
Note
This feature works only for ipad, iphone, ipod, kindle_fire, mov, mov_prores, mp4, mxf, and wowza output formats.
